Kindle Tour Tag

Although, I prefer reading a physical book, I think we need to hand it to the Kindle. It has given us any book in an instance (and at a cheaper price), many freebies to introduce us to some fabulous and we can't forget unlimited book weight allowance for our travels! In celebration of this fantastic development in reading, I have created an original tag called the Kindle Tour Tag!

What model of Kindle do you have?
I have a Kindle Keyboard! They don't sell these anymore as they were one of the first models. I have had my Kindle for a VERY long time now. It has broken twice but each time Amazon very kindly sent me a new one for free.

Case or nothing?
I usually don't trust myself without a case so I have a gorgeous Freckles and Gilbert zip case which I adore! It is beautiful and also very protective.

Do you download Kindle freebies or stick to mainstream books?
Definitely - I love Kindle Freebies! They are a great way to find new indie authors or try books you wouldn't normally try. I also buy Kindle books!

How many books are on your Kindle?
Around 1500!! I know its loads but I tend to hoard the Freebies and also I read my review copies via Netgalley.

Do you use the Kindle app on other devices?
I have the Kindle app on my phone in case I have ventured out and have forgot my book. I also have it on my tablet so I can flick through the covers (Kindle Keyboards don't show covers) and chose what next to read.

Favourite thing about Kindles?
You can take as many books as you want on holiday without worrying about weight allowance!

Worse thing about Kindles?
It runs out of charge if you have been reading for too long!

When do you use your Kindle?
I always take my Kindle on holiday (again unlimited books!). If there is a book that I want to read and it is significantly cheap on Kindle I will read it on there. If I am in a reading slump, I find it helps to swap and read on my Kindle.
